Auctions organized in accordance with these Auction Rules are organized in accordance with international customs in the field of art trade and in accordance with the legal norms of the Czech Republic.

 

2. The Auction is governed by the conditions of the Auction Rules. The auctions are open to bidders registered and approved on the Live Bid portal. These auction rules are binding for all persons participating in the auction and by participating in the auction the persons undertake to comply with them. The entire auction rules are available at the exhibition of auctioned items.

 

3. Auction items are marked and described, including the starting price in the auction catalog. Information on individual items in the catalog is provided by the seller and is consulted with experts. The emphasis is on maximum data accuracy. However, the auctioneer does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of this information. The auctioneer is not responsible for any printing errors and color deviations in the printing of the auction catalog.

 

4. The auctioneer must duly register with the auctioneer before the auction. The registered participant becomes an auctioneer after approval.

 

5. During the auction, the auctioneer shall ensure that the item is called up by its serial number. After calling up the item, bidders can make bids by picking up the auction number. The auction of the item takes place if the bidders make bids.

 

The following are considered to be bids:

 

· CZK 100, if the immediate auction price is less than CZK 4,000

 

· CZK 500, if the immediate auction price is at least CZK 4,000, but less than CZK 10,000

 

· CZK 1,000 if the immediate auction price is at least CZK 10,000 but less than CZK 20,000

 

· CZK 2,000, if the immediate auction price is at least CZK 20,000, but less than CZK 50,000

 

· CZK 5,000, if the immediate auction price is at least CZK 50,000, but less than CZK 100,000

 

· CZK 10,000, if the immediate auction price is at least CZK 100,000, but less than CZK 500,000

 

· CZK 50,000, if the immediate auction price is at least CZK 500,000, but less than CZK 1,000,000

 

· CZK 100,000, if the immediate auction price is CZK 1,000,000 and more.

 

The immediate auction price means the amount for which the item is called up during the growth of bids. The order of bids is decided by the person authorized to conduct the auction.

 

6. The auctioneer is charged an auction fee (auction hall commission) of 20% to the auctioned price of the auction item (the so-called hammer price). These commissions are final and include both 21% VAT and 4% royalties. Upon agreement with the auctioneer, it is possible to pay the total amount by bank transfer to the Art Mozaika account kept with Fio banka, as, V Celnici 1028/10, 117 21 Prague 1, account no .: 2801212221/2010, IBAN: CZ1320100000002801212221, BIC: FIOBCZPPXXX, or in cash (for amounts not exceeding CZK 250,000) upon receipt of the item at the auction venue or at the auctioneer's office of Politických vězňů 911/8, 110 00 Prague 1, but no later than ten working days after the end of the auction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The auctioned items will be issued immediately after payment at the auction venue, or on the basis of a confirmation of payment of the price.

 

These terms and conditions of the Auction Sale take effect on June 1, 2017.
